We cling to life yet never live
We slave today for the hope of tomorrow
We starve ourselves of joy
We focus on growing old and how things will be
Not what they are
Tomorrow may never come
The only promise is death
We are all dying from the minute we are born
Some just quicker than others
Life is for the now
Free yourself from your chains
Embrace the inevitable
Only in doing so can we live fully
Drink from the fountain of life
Like a thirsty man in the desert
Take it in
Let it overflow from your mouth
Drink it like it is your last
Life is for the now
Ageless
Live all your days free
Your life will be an example
No man escapes death
Live free no matter the number
Long or short
Release your fear
In doing so become immortal
Live on in stories over campfires
And "remember when" over engines and beers
Be the whisper on their lips
And the wind in their hair
Be the fuel that feeds the fire
Of future generations
Live Free
